Mycroft allows himself to be annoyed, if only because he hopes it'll take the place of the heavy hopelessness slowly settling in his stomach. One can't force a man to rehabilitate himself if he doesn't want it, and Sherlock most definitely does not want it, or Mycroft would have made him already. If there is anything in this life that might just break him one day ...

I do wish you'd think about me before you get yourself in these situations. I don't particularly enjoy it.

[ It's somewhat forceful, the way he puts Sherlock's arm over his shoulders, so he can slowly pull him up and off the sofa. Doubtful that Sherlock can fight back much, but he'll still make it clear he won't take any arguments. ]
